General terms and conditions of business

The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Naam Jai GmbH apply to all services and retreats that can be offered and booked on www.naamjai.com.

The services include all types of KAP sessions and retreats mentioned on www.naamjai.com.

A consumer is any natural person/customer who makes a booking for a service with Naam Jai GmbH via our online booking system, in writing by email or Instagram, or by telephone. Consumers are also legal entities who wish to use the services of Naam Jai GmbH.

contractual partners, conclusion of contract

The purchase contract for a service is concluded with Naam Jai GmbH.

By booking a service, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a contract for this service. The service can initially be placed in the shopping cart without obligation and the entries can be corrected at any time before submitting the binding booking.

To do this, the consumer uses the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The booking is made by clicking the order button to accept the offer for the service and confirm acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Naam Jai GmbH as well as acceptance of the cancellation conditions of Naam Jai GmbH.

The language available for the purchase contract is German.

The booking made online is saved and the consumer receives an email as booking confirmation, as well as an appointment reminder by email and SMS 25 hours before the service takes place and an email in the event of a cancellation.

Bookings for services made are charged directly at 100%, which means that the date for the booked service is definitely secured.

For Kap Sessions (Open Class, Go deeper, Intimate & Private) a cancellation period of at least 48 hours applies so that the booked service can be refunded 100%. If cancellations are made within 48 hours, the amount of the booked service can no longer be refunded. The consumer can pass on his ticket in consultation with Naam Jai GmbH or we can find an alternative date together.

For immersion weekends, immersive days or similar events, a cancellation period of at least 5 days before the event applies so that the booked service can be refunded 100%. If cancellations are made within 5 days, the amount of the booked service can no longer be refunded. The consumer can pass on his ticket in consultation with Naam Jai GmbH or we can find an alternative date together.

Naam Jai GmbH reserves the right to cancel Kap Sessions and events for organizational reasons or due to illness. In this case, there is no entitlement to a refund and an alternative date will be agreed.

Cancellation conditions for retreats will be communicated to the consumer in a separate contract and signed by both parties.

Participants of KAP Sessions, Immersion Weekends and Immersive Days acknowledge that, in addition to physical movement, KAP can also provide an opportunity to reduce stress and improve mental well-being. As with any physical activity, there is a risk of injury. If the participant feels pain or discomfort, he/she should listen to his/her body, stop the activity and ask the facilitator for assistance. Participants assume full responsibility for any damage that may arise from participation. For all events organized by Naam Jai GmbH, all liability is excluded.

KAP is not a substitute for medical or psychological care, examination,

Diagnosis or treatment. For people who are prone to mania, delusions or

KAP is not recommended for people with a tendency towards psychosis. By participating in an event, participants confirm that they do not have any psychological diagnoses and are not taking any medication and/or

Taking drugs. In addition, the organizer must be informed of any physical limitations such as pregnancy, recent childbirth or surgery before the session. Participants assume sole responsibility for attending any Naam Jai GmbH event.

The participating person agrees that his/her registration information may be stored for internal purposes.

The place of jurisdiction is Oftringen and Swiss law applies.
